FAQs

How to make a school booking?

To reserve seats for a performance on behalf of your school, please download the School Booking Form, read over the conditions found on page two, complete and submit it to us by email to [email protected] or in person at our box office. We’ll reserve the required seats and get in touch four weeks prior to the performance date to confirm final numbers and arrange payment. A separate School Booking Form is required for each show your school is planning to attend.

What time do you need to arrive for the performance?

We ask that school groups arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the shows start time for check in, confirmation of numbers and any special directions for the theatre.

Is there storage for school bags?

School bags (including lunch bags) aren’t permitted in the theatre auditorium. As there is minimal space in the venue for additional storage, ideally they are left on the bus or at school. If necessary, we will do our best to accommodate.

Can students take food or drink into the theatre?

We suggest students eat prior to arrival at the theatre. There is a courtyard between The Cube Wodonga and Hyphen - Wodonga Library Gallery where students are able to sit and eat pre or post performance.

Late arrivals

If you are running late, please call the box office on 02 6022 9311. Once you arrive, the front of house team will seat you as soon as possible. Please be aware that there may be a short lock out period where late comers cannot be admitted. This is to ensure performer safety.

Is the venue accessible?

The Cube Wodonga aims to be an all-inclusive venue. Further details can be found under Accessibility and facilities. If your question is not answered, please contact box office on 02 6022 9311.
