The Cube Wodonga is a state-of-the–art entertainment centre in Wodonga’s central business district, located at 118 Hovell St.

This is a community asset available to hire for community functions and celebrations, conferences, events, launches, weddings, film screenings and much more. It also presents a season program of diverse professional and community performances ranging from contemporary music acts, circus, dance, theatre performances, stand-up comics and musical theatre.

The venue can be tailored to suit almost any event or show. It has a large auditorium that can open up to the courtyard outside or can be divided into two spaces creating a more intimate auditorium for smaller meetings or gatherings, and a secondary meeting or conference space.

For smaller events our meeting room and green room are perfect for groups of four to 50 and are available for hire. Our large foyer space is perfect for cocktail functions, catering, launches or mid-training sessions seating up to 90 people at round tables. The community lounge is accessible to all and has ports for recharging motorised wheelchairs/scooters, lounge chairs and a microwave.

The Cube Cafe operates out of the venue and offers catering and bar services for events and performances.

The Cube Wodonga is your point of contact to arrange the lighting of the city’s water tower for your cause or event. Wodonga Council’s water tower lights are designed to activate the night landscape of the central business area with colourful and changing features. They are programmed to move through a range of general colours and may at times be used to promote significant council events or activities, or major national awareness campaigns.

The Cube Wodonga's auditorium has tiered theatre-style seating for up to 410 people, located across two levels accessible via lift or stairs.

This multipurpose flat floor facility is incredibly versatile; featuring retractable tiered seating which transforms the space from theatre style to conference or concert mode in minutes holding up to 800 patrons standing room only. Alternatively, it can seat up to 300 people at round tables for conferences or dinners. The auditorium can be divided into two sections for smaller functions or concurrent plenary sessions (north and south). Large acoustic dorma doors to the auditorium can be opened out onto the grassed courtyard, increasing auditorium capacity and creating a unique indoor-outdoor performance and conference setting.

The auditorium is ideal for small or large conferences, presentations, workshops, expos, formal dinners and performances and comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art lighting, audio and AV. The auditorium can also open up onto the courtyard and can hold up to 1600 patrons for a standing room only indoor outdoor concert.

The meeting room is a convenient, self-contained space which is flexible in layout and perfect for board meetings, training sessions, small conferences or workshops. This space is fitted with a data projector, DVD player, whiteboard, television tuner, kitchenette and teleconference facilities.

Accommodating up to 60 people theatre-style or standing as well as boardroom for 26, classroom24 and round table for 40 as options, this room is light and bright with a view out onto Woodland Grove and external access for after-hours bookings as required.

Our green room is located at the rear entrance of the venue and can be accessed via the main foyer or by private access via the stage door. It has easily accessible toilets, kitchenette, lots of natural light and a small private patio area.

Suitable for smaller meetings and training sessions, this room can seat up to 20 theatre style, 15 U-shape or nine classroom style. It is located near two fully appointed dressing rooms which can be used for small breakout sessions as required.

Our large, high ceilinged and light filled foyer offers direct access to all areas within The Cube Wodonga. This space serves as a perfect location for conference registrations, catering, cocktail receptions and networking gatherings. The foyer can also be set-up for training sessions, theatre-style board meetings and as a break-out space for conferences taking place in the auditorium.

The foyer can be used prior and post events as well as during performance intermissions. A fully licenced bar featuring a range of local beers and wines is located at the courtyard entrance.

Doubling as our dressing rooms, our back-of-house meeting rooms are full of natural light, private and perfect for small meetings, interviews or training sessions. This room is extremely popular, as it’s an affordable option and can accommodate up to 20 people boardroom, 18 in U-shape and up to 30 in theatre style, or divided into two smaller rooms. We can provide AV, including laptop, 70-inch display screen and remote clicker at no extra charge, as well as a whiteboard or flip chart.

The Cube Wodonga's courtyard is located between The Cube Wodonga and Wodonga Library. It has both tiled and grassed areas suitable for a variety of events, overlooking the landscaped gathering space. This area can accommodate the addition of a 20m by 10m, marquee or up to 1600 for a standing room concert.

The courtyard has easy access for vehicles, access to water and power for your event and features a permanent, large, outdoor LED screen for your promotional material, movies or live streaming. This area is ideal for film screenings, product launches, registration events and community gatherings.
