Quest Wodonga is The Cube Wodonga‚Äôs preferred accommodation partner. Completed in August, 2013, it features studio, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments. Parking and accessibility
There is ample¬†three-hour parking (Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm) available next to The Cube Wodonga¬†in the Wodonga Council car park accessed from Hovell and Havelock streets. There is also limited all-day parking at the Havelock end of the car park. The venue is able to provide a parking guide for you to pass on to your delegates. Public Transport is close-by with bus stops located 50m away on High Street. Our venue features wheelchair or scooter access throughout the venue as well as four motorised wheelchair or scooter power points allowing for recharge.¬†
Should you require ticketing for your event, The Cube Wodonga is available to administer and sell tickets on your behalf. Chat with our team to learn more about our online, over the phone and in person ticketing service for events in our venue as well as off-site events.
Staff will be provided as agreed in the hirer‚Äôs agreement. Charges apply as per the fees and charges schedule.
Our venues include audio visual technology and our team can work with you to ensure your requirements are delivered beyond your expectations. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in all spaces. Technical staff is available on a daily or hourly basis as per the fees and charges schedule
Our on-site caterers are available to prepare a delicious menu for your next conference or event. Our seasonal menus¬†cater for¬†every event and budget¬†and can be tailored to your needs. Full bar facilities and a selection of delicious shared plates are available to accompany networking drinks or pre-show/interval drinks
Confirmation of booking
Bookings will only be confirmed once the terms and conditions have been signed and deposit has been paid.¬†Please ask venue management about deposit details.
All hirers should hold a current public liability insurance policy. If this is not available, Wodonga Council¬†may be able to provide your organisation with coverage, subject to approval.
Hirers may need to pay for security guards for events attracting more than 200 people, for both alcohol and alcohol-free events. Please check with venue staff if this applies to your event.
